As seasoned travel and business professionals, we are fully aware of the increased presence of villa rental companies in the last ten years. Who will really listen to their needs and do the research to match them with the perfect property? WE CAN. After working and living in Italy for many years, we know the country as if it were our own. We created Villa Concierge to help you sort through the extensive listings available which can be overwhelming. With our extensive network of contacts and experience in the industry, we know locations, we know villas and have people who manage them.We divide our time between the US and Italy and just this year included Croatia to the portfolio. You may browse most of our villas right on the site. In addition, we have a portfolio of private listings which do not appear for privacy reasons. Therefore, just let us know what you are looking for and we will help you find it!

We have also recently added the category of Private Residence Clubs. This fractional ownership option is a growing trend in Italy. Very often clients who rent a villa or apartment fall in love with the place and desire to return to purchase a property. The innovative concept of a private residence club offers the advantages of a second home without the high costs or inconveniences normally associated with whole ownership.

After helping you choose the perfect property, our services do not stop there. With our network of resources and contacts, we arrange services the way a concierge in a five star hotel would. From cooking classes or wine tasting to private art tours, Villa Concierge is ready to serve. We can also organize special events such as family reunions, conferences, and anniversary/birthday parties. We make your dreams come true!

The driving force behind Villa Concierge is a veteran of the travel and hospitality business and a graduate of the Cornell Hotel School. Carmel D’Arienzo has worked for many important players in the hospitality industry including the Olympics , the Italian Tourist Board, Exclusive Resorts, Castiglion del Bosco and Carlie’s, Italy’s first American bakery which she co-founded. She recently became a certified Italian wine sommelier. The decision to combine her passion, energy, enthusiasm and experience and create Villa Concierge was a natural one. In this way she can help others emulate her experiences of living like a native in Italy as well as share her passions of all things Italian: culture, food and wine.
